Our Unique Free 90 day upgrade policy allows you to return, for full credit, any endoscopy product you have purchased from us, and use that credit towards the purchase of another item of equal or greater value.
SHIPPING
We can ship anywhere in the world. Excellent Endoscopy repairs and products are shipped via Fedex unless otherwise specified.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping instructions, shipping charges, return fees, duties and custom’s charges in their own country.  Excellent Endoscopy is not responsible for any duties or custom’s charges.
RETURNS
Requests for return of merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee in the event of a return. Equipment must be unused and the condition of the equipment will be determined at the discretion of Excellent Endoscopy.  The equipment must be shipped prepaid within one week after acknowledgement from Excellent Endoscopy.
